2007 SEMA Recap

Well, 2007 was no different then any other SEMA in years past. Yeah sure we were experimenting in a new location. Without a doubt it was still a successful show for us at Iwata-Medea and Artool. Instead of going through a long winded report on the show, I'd rather just let the pics speak for themselves at this year's SEMA experience.
Without further adieu, on with the show!

The Iwata-Medea-Artool booth was FILLED with all sorts of unbelievable creations. This year, panels were painted by renowned artists, Deb Mahan, Craig Fraser, Mike Lavallee & Nick, Pamela Shanteau, Dennis Mathewson and Steve Vandemon! We also had the new Killerpaint F'Bombs which were quite the hit. Fiberglass tiki's painted by Mickey Harris, Canadian RatFink - Ron Gibbs and the Tiki Master himself, Dennis Mathewson.

Peeps in the booth left to right:
AD Cook, Nick & Mike from ASET, Mark Hebbeler from AI-US, Will Naemura, Gabe McCubbin from Artool, "Ryno" Templeton from Trick My Truck, Pamela Shanteau and husband Donn, ME, Brooke Cedros, Debra Mahan and David Monnig from Coast Airbrush.

The booth featuring the killer Gwen Stefani Guitar by Killerpaint and Mike Lavallee.

Mark from AI-US rented a cart-thingy due to his broken leg in a cast. Forget the broken leg, I don't know why anybody would choose to walk the SEMA show without using one of these things! I didn't even come close to walking the whole show and my feet were on FIRE every night! OUCH! Mark had the right idea. By the way it was a fast little bugger.

Speaking of little buggers, check this one out in our booth this year. A completely radical-tricked out Yamaha Rhino courtesy of Coast Airbrush!

...Some SERIOUS Eye Candy...

The glamorous drag racer, Leah Pruett and her fabulous Hearbreaker 1969 Mustang Mach 1 Nostalgia funny car.

We are one of the lucky sponsors!

That's it for now, my next post will include more SEMA 2007 pics and pics from the NOW FAMOUS, Custom Painting Confidential III SEMA party!
